Registration for the Fifth National Town Meeting
on Demand Response
is open!
It will be held in Washington, DC, on Monday and Tuesday, June 2 & 3,
2008, at the Renaissance
Washington, DC Hotel. The event
will build upon the first four National Town Meetings on Demand Response that
have been widely acclaimed for bringing together the demand response “community”—if
you are part of that community or want to be, don’t hesitate to sign
up and attend!
The National Town Meeting on Demand Response, presented
by the Demand Response Coordinating Committee, is noted
for devoting a full day to its actively-moderated open “roundtable” format,
where invited speakers—including national policymakers and government
officials—interactively address the audience as part of a larger
conversation. This year, the event also will feature an additional
full day of traditional sessions where experts from various parts of the
DRCC community will give presentations on the latest developments in the
world of demand response and smart grid.
